If you launch an app and it does nothing can you really call it an app? It’s not doing anything, or applying itself. It’s been trying to find my tv which is right in front of me for quite some time now. My time better spent doing something else. Complete waste of time. I just am asking myself how or why is it available to download? Seems like I’m not the only one who feels this way. Crap app. The tech support people are incompetent and don't speak english. Try calling the customer service couple of times and talk to different operators/agents each time. You will notice that Each of them will give you different answers and try to dodge your request/questions. Really unhappy with my tv that is not even a year old. Should get zero or negative stars.
